Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the Trova app → tap your profile icon → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This immediately deletes your profile, guest records, RSVPs, and meal selections. Gallery photos you contributed remain in each wedding's gallery.

How do I leave a wedding?

Open the app → tap the wedding → scroll to the bottom of the guest section → tap Leave Wedding.

How do I turn off push notifications?

Go to your device's SettingsNotificationsTrova → toggle off. You can turn them back on at any time.

I want my gallery photos removed from a wedding.

After deleting your account, your photos remain in the wedding gallery. Email privacy@trovaapp.ca with the wedding name and we will coordinate removal with the couple.
