By downloading or using Trova, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Trova is a wedding coordination tool that helps couples manage guests, RSVPs, meals, seating, announcements, and shared photos. The couple (wedding owner) controls their wedding and is responsible for the guests they invite and the content they share through the platform.
If you create a wedding on Trova, you are the data controller for your guests' information. You are responsible for:
Trova acts as a data processor for your guests' data on your behalf.
You agree not to use Trova to:
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, text, responses). By uploading content, you grant Trova a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content to the wedding's authorized users for the purpose of operating the service.
Gallery photos you upload to a wedding remain part of that wedding after you delete your account so the couple retains their shared memories. See our Privacy Policy for details on how to request photo removal.
Trova offers a one-time "Wedding Pass" in-app purchase to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies. Trova does not process payments directly.
Trova is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Quebec and Canadian law, Trova's aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 CAD or the amount you paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
